SENIOR MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER / DIRECTOR – London

WHAT DO WE NEED?

A new full time Senior Motion Graphics Designer / Director to work alongside our existing team of 2D and 3D designers.

Your main focus will be working with our Design Directors and Creative Directors to create and direct compelling motion graphics and video content across all of our projects. From pitch work, shareable clips, interactive screens, right through to big multi screen shows.

We want some-one who can conceive and create exciting visuals and tell stories across a variety of screen formats and environments.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED?

You’ve got a degree in a creative field and have worked within a creative agency for a number of years at a senior level.

You will be familiar with creating content that communicates for a wide range of screen formats and sizes.Ideally you’ll have a good understanding of producing media to play on large format LED screens / high resolution projectors via video servers

You will need an excellent knowledge of After Effects, Premiere / Final Cut. It would be beneficial if you have a good/basic working knowledge of indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch Up (or a similar 3D package).

CREATIVE DIRECTOR – New York

WHAT DO WE NEED?

Someone to lead the strategic, creative and design output from our New York office.

Someone who has experience of and a passion for creating effective live experiences.

You’ll be responsible for devising responses to client briefs and overseeing design work from pitch to production. You’ll be confident in presenting ideas to clients, as well as inspiring and guiding projects’ creative teams.

You’ll also be a key leader for our business as we grow in North America. 

WHAT EXPERIENCE HAVE YOU GOT?

You’ve got 5+ years of creative experience in events on the agency side – ideally combining strategy and design.

MARKETING DIRECTOR – London

WHAT DO WE NEED?

In a nutshell we need someone to help us convert opportunities into projects. We have a New Business team that are firing on all cylinders and countless opportunities being made available to us as part of our position in the WPP network.

As such we need someone who can champion SET Live, our work, our approach and our culture to all these interested people. We’re not looking for someone to be involved in or deliver the projects (we’ve got lots of talented people to do that for us already).

But we do need help with the initial meetings, the follow ups, the relationship building, the preparation and distribution of our credentials, the delivery of our social media channels as well as the managing and writing of our awards entries.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED?

Someone confident, articulate and experienced in the world of experiential marketing

Someone who can communicate eloquently & persuasively both in writing and in person

We're not after a sales person or a new business director - we need a friendly face for the agency, a first port of call for anyone interested in working with us.

CREATIVE – London

WHAT ARE YOU LIKE?

Talented and enthusiastic with a strong understanding of brands and branding, you’re passionate about design, using experiences to tell stories and interested in the world around you.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Your main focus will be conceiving and implementing compelling brand experiences. You’ll be able to take a brief, develop a suitable strategy and come up with a great idea that delivers a message. As well as be able to sell your ideas internally and externally.

You’ll be client friendly (and just friendly) be able to brief and inspire designers, as well as do a bit of design yourself.

You’ll be working closely with the rest of the Creative team.

WHAT EXPERIENCE HAVE YOU GOT?

Ideally you’ve got a degree in a 3d design discipline and have worked in a creative role at experiential agencies for the last five years. Bonus points if you organize raves / sell t-shirts / make weird jewelry etc in your spare time.
